Sometime in the beginning of the year, I made a point to write down a list of my goals and post them on the Court Reporter Podcast Facebook group. One of those goals was to work in the Supreme Court. I had no idea how that was going to happen since I was in Family Court, but it happened before I could even make a plan for it!

In this episode, after sharing that exciting update about the Supreme Court promotion and the power of writing down and manifesting our goals, I also talk about a Facebook post I came across about speaking up for the record, and I share my take on it.

One thing that we often do not prioritize is celebrating our wins. As I reflected on 2023, I was tempted to jump straight to the flaws and weaknesses, but I wanted to take a few minutes to list out what I was proud of, what I accomplished, and use that as ammunition to develop a plan for 2024. The cognitive benefits to celebrating your wins and sharing them with others, like posting it in the Entrepreneurial Court Reporters Facebook group, are often underestimated but should not be. So here's an example of me reflecting on the positive from 2023 first, and I encourage you to do the same! 

As I look back on a year of transformation, from launching the Court Reporter Podcast to embracing personal coaching and development, I've celebrated victories and navigated challenges that have reshaped my world.
