You don't need every piece of content or post to go viral.

Follow your passions and ambitions with all the energy that you have. Too often people loud the opinions of others to determine what they decide to do. People even not do things because they think others might be thinking that they shouldn't do that period so even though they haven't actually heard someone oppose them or say no they won't make a decision because they're afraid that the person might say no.

After visiting with some at centers of influence in my network I realized that people are making some moves. And I'm reminded that we can and make career moves based on our own and desires. I've made career moves based on wanting to live in a specific city, job promotion, more income, and the opportunity to work with a more entrepreneurial management team

Understand when you're giving crucial feedback if you ask them what they think they need to prove on they might give you a defensive posturing, feedback that they think you want to hear, solutions that only worked in the past and they might not know what they don't know. If your feedback is identifying their blindspot they don't even see it.
