As a leader it's crucial to be able to give feedback on a monthly or bi monthly basis to allow your pleas to know how they can develop as an individual. It also becomes crucial to have a leadership development track for your employees. You can't have tomorrow's leaders if you're not developing them today. I the leader part of the process is to connect the dots with the overall vision of the organization and what's happening in the daily tasks and projects.
