It takes a different level of persistence and resilience to be an entrepreneur. Where would our world be without the Wright brothers or Steve Jobs, or Elon Musk, people who held fast to their dreams despite the obstacles and kept going and innovating? You have to be willing try and fail and be okay with failing, understanding that failure is just an opportunity for learning, and learning means growing.

The title of this episode is actually a quote from one of my coaches, Mary Morrissey. I don’t I fully understood it until now, as I am experiencing a different shift in pursuit of my dreams and watching them unfold with increasing intensity.

In a world full of uncertainty and constant evolution, the old systems of money are outdated and becoming obsolete. If you remain attached to these old systems, you could find yourself struggling in the years to come. Fortunately, as our times evolve, we as individuals can adapt and evolve as well, no matter what curve balls get thrown our way. When the world seems to be falling apart, it’s really just old systems dying so new systems can be born, and that opens us up for growth and expansion.

Law of attraction is always at work. Sometimes, though, there’s a lot of interference in the messages we give out, a lot of mixed vibrations because of the confusion in our own hearts. But when we can sit down and be still enough to listen to our hearts then the magic happens. We get clearer on our dreams, and law of attraction gets a clearer signal from us, and aligns things to work in our favor.

Starting anything new can lead to feelings of overwhelm, especially if we have expectations of how things are supposed to work out and then we are hit obstacles. But there are simple ways you can move forward and still reach your goals.

In every seed there is great potential to become a truly great plant or tree. With the right ingredients, that plant or tree then has the potential to bless the world with their fruit (or their beauty, if it’s a flower plant). Within each of us are infinite possibilities for creating that are waiting to be expressed… They all start out as small seeds for new expressions of gifts we can contribute to the world, and just as a garden needs regular tending to in order to keep it thriving, so do our dreams.

In each and every one of us there are at least two versions of you wanting to find success in life both of which are somewhat at odds against each other — the ego vs your higher self. We live in a world that is highly driven by ego that we’ve suppressed the voices of our higher selves, but it’s our egos that keep us stuck, unable to break past our success ceilings. But when we tune into our higher selves and allow it to guide us, our energy shifts and we come to a place where we feel alive regardless of our circumstances and we begin to see infinite possibilities all around us

When stepping outside of our comfort zones, it’s natural for fear to be triggered. The problem comes when we resist our fears because we think we shouldn’t be fearful. Unfortunately, “what you resist persists.” We avoid or ignore our fears or suppress them, but they remain there sabotaging our efforts for change until we address them. Better to embrace them and give it a voice, because only then does it lose its power over us.

But what if we turned it around and owned our fears and saw them moments of opportunity for growth and expansion?

Most of us habitually go through life on autopilot. In this episode, I describe my experiment of just living one day as mindful as I could be. What if we all made an effort to live more mindfully? How would that shift our perceptions of life and of ourselves?
