This throwback episode I share the episode of Luz Helena Thompson. A creative residing in Oceanside, Ca. I met her at recent fundraiser at Studio Ace arts and instantly connected. Aside from being a glass mosaic artist. She’s a military vet, mother, art teacher with Path with Art, art therapy for military veterans. She’s also had trauma in her life being in the military and now uses art to heal her wounds as well as others.

This episode we bring on an old friend of mine Abby Mathews. Author of the new kids book A Little Trouble goes a long way.
We were also in the same art classes in high school, so it’s always cool seeing what quest my art friends go down. She’s also a community manager with Dabble Writer's community, DabbleU Campus, guiding aspiring writers to publish their first book.
With her family she lives on a hobby farm in Florida, with eccentric animals as guests. This is a heartfelt episode talking about creativity, the younger generation, what inspires her, creative tips and more.
