After a little rant about feelings, anger, irritability and the messages of the body, these two walk through their emotions into inspiration and encouragement. They discuss ways our body helps us, communicates with us, and stored memories, as well as tips for processing.  The lesson here is that we are social creatures and we can help each other move through negativity.  Rachael had a great time at the end, Laumee may still be a little peeved.

Creativity is about finding your authentic self. Laumee shares the theories of Kazimierz Dąbrowski who went through both world wars and wrote his philosophies of the 5 stages of human development.  His belief was that as you get closer to your authentic self, the less you will fit into society’s norm, calling it “positive disintegration”.  Laumee and Rachael review this theory and reflect on how it shapes their current life goals and guilt.
