EP58:  How to Move Forward When You Feel Stuck in a Place of Fear + Uncertainty

As someone who in the past (and still does) currently suffer with bouts of anxiety, I can sometimes feel so paralysed by overthinking and fear of the unknown - that I stay stuck in a state of inaction.

And it can be tough place to be!!

So what do I do to move past it? I tend to always go back to 3 really simple things that work and I reveal them in this episode.

EP57. Creativity & Social Labels: They Take Seconds to Attach but a Lifetime to Remove (With Diane)

Hello there! After a brief hiatus last week following on from the sad news of our Queen's passing, I am back again for another episode of this beloved podcast.

This week I thought I would return with another guest episode, inviting the lovely Diane Lindemann (aka The Business Strategist) on the show. We connected earlier this year through FEA and I just love her energy!

Here's a little info about Diane:

A Business Strategist with a belief that success lies in the convergence of strategy, heart and soul!

I don’t believe in cookie cutter strategies!

I've honed my skill over years working across multiple industries and let me tell you this - cookie cutter doesn't work!!

What does work is working with an expert who uses their skillset to give you practical and tactical solutions for your business with an almost guaranteed ROI. Why almost - let’s face it, nothing is guaranteed!

So if you're looking for someone who has an ability to reach into their experience toolkit and work alongside you on your path to success, I'm your 'girl'

The topic for this episode surrounds creativity and the various labels we can find attached to ourselves - usually formed in childhood based on other people's perceptions of us. So whether we are the "academic" one, "sporty one, "creative" one... this can impact how we see ourselves and the decisions we make going into adult life.

Loved this conversation? Tag me at @creativegoddessclub or drop me a line to [email protected] with your "aha" moments.

EP56: Giving Yourself Permission to Pause + Reflect

Ever feel like you're throwing spaghetti at the wall? Like you're doing ALL the things but seeing very little traction? Oh, and you're actually not getting any enjoyment out of these things too...

Sounds like it's time to pause and reflect!

Tune in to my words of wisdom when it comes to taking a breather in your creative business, so you're working less IN it and viewing it more from an outside perspective. Trust me, it's good for you 🙃  Sometimes it can feel tough to accept when things need changing, but in the long run it's always better to have had that "conversation" with yourself when flying solo in this crazy entrepreneurial world.

51. How to stay on track when life gets a little... crazy

Hands up if you sometimes feel like life has overtaken and you don't know if you're coming or going?

You are not alone! There are certain times when things happen in life that are out of our control and quite frankly... there isn't much we can do about it.

But there are 3 things you CAN do to manage your response to it a little better. This episode is for those times in your business when you're freaking out because you have made like a zillion "life" commitments. Whether that's your best friend's-daughter's-christening, or your second cousin's wedding, or you're moving house, being off sick... having a baby.

Whatever you're experiencing right now, let me tell you that this is not the end of the world for your creative business! It is still possible to stay on track.
