This week I felt the need to talk about the topic of creating balance in your life. It's hugely important that everyone allows themselves to be HUMAN and understand that we need connections, relationships, joy... basically a life outside our creative businesses.

It really frustrates me when I see these posts online saying "if you want to be successful you can't watch Netflix" or shaming people for wanting to see their friends, saying they "don't want it enough" if they're not constantly working around the clock. 

I believe in working hard to achieve your goals, but this can look different for everyone and it's not a "one size fits all". 

We are not ROBOTS!! 🤖

Hello! I thought it would be fun to do things a little differently this week, with a reflective episode sharing the greatest pieces of advice I've received on my creative business journey. Of course, it was tricky to narrow them down into a condensed few - so I will be doing more of these!

EP58:  How to Move Forward When You Feel Stuck in a Place of Fear + Uncertainty

As someone who in the past (and still does) currently suffer with bouts of anxiety, I can sometimes feel so paralysed by overthinking and fear of the unknown - that I stay stuck in a state of inaction. 

And it can be tough place to be!!

So what do I do to move past it? I tend to always go back to 3 really simple things that work and I reveal them in this episode.

Hello there! After a brief hiatus last week following on from the sad news of our Queen's passing, I am back again for another episode of this beloved podcast.
