    Hello friends!
In today's episode, we decided to switch things up a bit. Désirée is back and we talk about how to keep ourselves sharp and focused on our goals during the current difficult situation.
A very effective method I have started practicing which has had an overall positive effect on me is the Bullet Journal Method, invented by Ryder Carrol.
We share some helpful tips from the method that have helped us stay accountable and structured. Also, this is a great new habit to start the year with.
This is our personal review. We were not sponsored in any way to do this content.
If you want to get more familiar with the Bullet Journal Method, you can start from here:

If you are doing the challenge we talk about, here are the questions and categories for your two tales:

Which places will you have visited? (VISIT)
What will you have achieved in your professional career? (ACHIEVE)
What will you have done for your community? (COMMUNITY)
What events will you have experienced? (EXPERIENCE)
How will your personal life  have been? (PERSONAL)
