This weeks episode is all about how hard it is to actually ship our work. I may have led you astray a few times saying it’s easy to do but what really is the truth is that it takes work it takes practice and it takes a little bit of courage and bravery. So in today’s episode I give you three tips as to how to do this with a little bit more ease.

So glad you could join in today for this very special podcast about things don’t always have to be special. As I was making coffee this morning I realized that sometimes we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to make things really grand and then when we put pressure on ourselves we tend to feel a lack of after. So I’m asking you today if you can create from your heart without feeling the need to make it super special for just creating for the sake of creating and just being a human for the sake of being a human.

So we’re back with Episode 40 it’s really exciting to jump back in the ring with you after this little six-month break that I took today’s podcast is all about practice and perfection I read you a little poem and we talk about everything that is important and true about why practice is important why failing is important and why getting back up is always the answer
