A dozen families. That's how many this young couple have helped so far. 

They are ordinary people like you and I who  just felt the need to offer help with the seemingly little that they had, and help amazingly came pouring in from many others.

A Diana Award recipient for his work in the nationwide youth movement, Ascendance (@ascendancepro) of which he is also a co-founder, Sanadt Kumar (@sanadt_kumar) is an up-and-coming documentary filmmaker and scriptwriter. 

In this episode, we had the pleasure of getting to know him and his journey in pursing his passion while giving of his time and resources towards empowering the youth.

Fitness is a topic that has so many angles to it that sometimes it's hard to know what is even right or wrong. There have been so many methods debated over the years and the conversation is still ongoing. Now, I'm the last person to be giving any advice on being fit, however, I've got some friends who are experienced enough, so I thought it would be great to get their opinions on the topic, along with some misconceptions that people may have about fitness and so called "fitness products".
