  • Starting and Staying Fit with Mark Christian and Adam Tee, Part 1

Fitness is a topic that has so many angles to it that sometimes it's hard to know what is even right or wrong. There have been so many methods debated over the years and the conversation is still ongoing. Now, I'm the last person to be giving any advice on being fit, however, I've got some friends who are experienced enough, so I thought it would be great to get their opinions on the topic, along with some misconceptions that people may have about fitness and so called "fitness products".

If you're into fitness then I'm sure you'll enjoy this 2 part conversation whether you agree or even have a different opinion about it.

  • Another 'Why BTS?' with Jazmine and Samantha
This is a bonus episode that was recorded a while back but we thought you may enjoy it. We had Samantha back on the show, but this time along with Jazmine (Yes, you guessed it - another BTS fan). They share a story about their initiative to help other BTS fans, and we find out more about their craze and how it may not be as unreasonable as we think it is... just maybe.

  • Why BTS? with Samantha Lew

You surely know the name, but do you know what it stands for? Don't worry, neither did I. In this episode, I took some time to talk to Samantha, an avid BTS fan, about why they are so sold out to this group and what about them is so appealing. She talks us through the reasons for her passion as well as the interesting ways that BTS keeps their "ARMY" involved in their journey. Although I'm not a fan of the group and may never be, it's safe to say that BTS is doing fine without me.
