Cory Smith is my former youth minister. I met him around 12 years old when I was still forming my beliefs about myself, religion, and the world. We've stayed in touch on and off over the years, and we recently had the time to catch up during his visit to Savannah to talk about some of the hard topics. I'm honored to know Cory and grateful to have him in my life, and even though I recognize that we're both imperfect, his opinion is very valuable to me and still helps shape my worldview to this day.
