In this episode I’m speaking with Carla Stickler. 

Carla Stickler is a woman of many talents! She is currently a software engineer at G2 in Chicago. Before entering the field of tech, she spent over a decade performing in musicals, most notably as the understudy for Elphaba in the Broadway and National Touring companies of Wicked. 

Other shows include the first national tour of Mamma Mia, the Asia-tour of Sound of Music and many readings and workshops of Other World. She has also spent time as a guest entertainer onboard Norwegian Cruise Lines and Disney Cruise Lines. She holds a masters degree in educational theatre from NYU and has taught on the faculties as Marymount Manhattan and Cap21 in New York City, as well as maintaining her own voice studio (now mostly over Zoom) and traveling to Thespian Festivals around the country as a teaching artist. 

She lives in a far too hip neighborhood in a house she still can't believe is hers with her amazing husband and adorable dog!
