In this episode of the Content Creators Campfire, we are talking about intentional congruence and how it can help you avoid creator burnout.
Intentional Congruence is a way of being coined by Dr. Nido Qubein.
This is a method for showing up from a place of alignment rather than feeling like you're stretched too thin or operating from a place of scarcity.
If you've ever felt like you don't have enough time to do fun things that you love to do, spend time with your family and your juggling too much then this episode is for you!

In this episode, I'm sharing a story with you on how I let Imposter Syndrome hold me back and how I overcame it. For a long time leading up to starting a YouTube channel, I was comparing myself to other successful creators in the niche of "video marketing" such as Sean Cannel from Think Media.
After reading a book by Brendon Burchard called High-Performance Habits and discovering the concept of Primary Field of Interest and Prolific Quality Output I made the decision to stop comparing myself to other creators and go all in!
Near the end of this episode, I'll share with you some of the WORST advice I heard along the way and encourage you to lean into your passions.
