Gary Hirsch is the co-founder of On Your Feet, an international company that uses improvisation and other interactive techniques to help organizations generate new ideas, collaborate, engage audiences and walk their talk...all while having a ridiculously good time. Some of Gary's clients include Nike, Intel, Disney, Apple, and The British Ministry of Defense.

When Gary is not presenting at conferences or facilitating workshops he’s actively running his visual art studio called Botjoy, which is both a studio and a public exploration of how art can be surprising, delightful AND helpful.

Gail Mooney is an award-winning director, photographer, and filmmaker with over 30 years of experience, shooting for clients which include: National Geographic, Smithsonian, Travel & Leisure, AT&T, and American Express.

Her first feature length documentary, Opening Our Eyes, was a joint project with her daughter Erin Kelly. The pair circled the globe filming the work of ordinary people. The film shows the power of passionate individuals making a positive difference in the world.

Deidre Hughey has survived child abuse and a diagnosis of bipolar depression and borderline personality disorder. She was committed to a psychiatric institution at one point and even contemplated suicide. She has survived two rapes, two abortions, and drug addiction – all before the age of 20. But Deidre made a decision to stop feeling sorry for herself, changed her outlook and started choosing a different path.

She went on to become a published author, inspirational speaker, radio show and podcast host as well as a wife and mother.

She’s written two books, "I Am Bound and Determined: The Must Read Guide for Women of Childhood Abuse and Trauma" and "The BOLD Factor: Goal Setting to Ignite Your Life and Get What You Want!"

Alan Hoffler is a presentation coach and consultant. He also does keynote presentations on the power of effective communication and the importance of making a unique mark on the world.

Not only is Alan passionate about helping others communicate with excellence, he believes that communication has the power to change a person, an organization, a community, and the world.

Along with his brother Eric, Alan is also the co-author of the book, “6 Steps Forward: Every Man Matters”, the story of one man’s journey to find out what’s most important in his life.

Clay Hebert, founder of Crowdfunding Hacks, has helped over 100 entrepreneurs raise over $25 million in funding on Kickstarter and Indiegogo. Clay talks about his processes for preparing a campaign and best practices for building a community of supporters that will be loyal to and support your project.

Cynthia Morris is an artist, author, and coach. In 2012 she released "Chasing Sylvia Beach", a novel set in circa 1937 Paris. She’s also written a how-to guide for writers called Create Your Writer’s Life as well as five e-books on the creative process and creative travel.
