The IPL is underway and we start our reviews with a look at the first three games. CSK rounded off the weekend with a fairly routine win over a Hardik Pandya-less Mumbai Indians, as Noor Ahmed starred with the ball!

On our next team preview we cover the play-off contenders from last year's Indian Premier League. Starting with RCB who feature the legend Virat Kohli in a new look side for the 2025 IPL. Will this finally be the year for Royal Challengers Bengaluru?

Rajasthan Royals are next. They made some big changes but retained Samason and Jaiswal, who are more than a match for anyone on their day.

Sunrisers Hyderabad were one of the funnest teams to watch in last year's IPL and it looks like the smashing will continue. They have only added to a team which featured Travis Head, Abhishek Sharma and Heinrich Klaasen already.

And Kolkata Knight Riders, last years winners, will go again. They went big in the auction for Venky Iyer, will that pay off with another trophy for Dre Russ, Narine and the lads.

In part one of our IPL preview series for the 2025 edition of the Indian Premier League, the boys cover Mumbai Indians, Punjab Kings and Gujarat Titans.

Mumbai Indians were dreadful last season, but have had a big revamp and look like they have fixed some of the huge holes in their line up. If Jasprit Bumrah can return to fitness quickly they area a team to watch.

Punjab Kings have hired Ricky Ponting to help turn their fortunes around. Their new look team, captained by Shreyas Iyer, should be less gaff prone than before. Can they make their first IPL play-offs in forever?

Gujarat Titans are also coming off a down year. Will the addition of Jos Buttler help them reset, as Shubman Gill has another go at leading the team.

India and New Zealand have made the final of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. India overcame Australia in the first semi-final. Virat Kohli, the master of the chase, delivered again as he steered India to a narrow win.

New Zealand then overcame South Africa to win the second semi-final. Cricket's reliable Dad's did what they always do, and played competent clever cricket to beat their South African opponents.
