Pakistan bounced back from defeat in the first Test to level their Test series v England. On an interesting pitch Pakistan's spinners came to the fore as they ripped through England in both innings. England will hope that they can bounce back in the next Test.
In the women's T20 World Cup there have been a string of upsets, with none of England, Australia and India making the final. South Africa and New Zealand will play off for the trophy meaning the competition will have a new winner.

Recrords were broken as England piled on 823 to beat Pakistan. Pakistan should have been safe after a mammoth first innings score of their own, but in the second innings they wilted under pressure.
