Adam and Aiden discuss all the good and a few of the bad and Aiden takes the opportunity to opine on the ... lackluster later Die Hard sequels?

It's time to go underground ... or ABOVE ground? Adam and Aiden look at themselves in the mirror, and also find their shadows -- yup, it's time to talk about US! There's a lot to unpack here, so of course we get hung up on what the character names are and what a prequel TV series would be like. And since we've been gone for awhile, Aiden digs into his new favorite comedy, and we really get into the weeds about what we think Avengers: Endgame will contain.

Adam and 11-year-old Aiden sit down to discuss this year's Oscar winner for best documentary (Free Solo) and also ... NEXT year's Oscar winner for best documentary? Apollo 11 could definitely take home the gold next year. It's that good. Especially in IMAX. Despite these two great documentaries, Aiden finds plenty of time to discuss the soundtrack to the movie Chicken Little, his poor grasp of anagrams and a dark alternate Apollo 11 timeline.

It's finally time to talk about that 80s/90s action trilogy everyone loves: Maniac Cop 1-3! Like many 11-year-olds, Aiden is obsessed with the Maniac Cop movies, and this episode is almost as long as one of them. Adam and Aiden cover every aspect of the Bruce Campbell/Tom Atkins/Robert Z'Dar action/horror spectacular, and don't miss out on the end of the episode, when Aiden talks about why he recently dropped nearly $40 at a used DVD store.

Adam and 11-year-old Aiden woke up recently and remembered they had a podcast. It's 2019 so we're back to our old tricks -- apologizing profusely for going so long between episodes. Hopefully our listeners can forgive us, because we cover a lot of ground in this episode: BumbleBee, Aquaman, Into the Spider-verse, Venom -- wait Venom is already on Blu-ray! Yup, it's been that long. Aiden also highlights what he thinks is the worst movie ever made, and he just might be right.

You thought we were gone, right? But just like Michael Myers with a five bullets in him, it takes a lot more to kill off Critic and the Kid. We're back with a special double episode looking at the original Halloween, the new one, and also strangely spend a lot of time with Aiden's new idea for Halloween III. This is a good one, so light the jack-o-lantern, put on your favorite mask and turn up the volume.

Yes, it's been awhile. OK it's been too long. But we're back, baby! Adam and Aiden look back on the new movies they watched this summer, including The Meg, Mission Impossible: Fallout, Antman & The Wasp and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. We have hot takes for them all, and don't think Aiden will hold back when discussing how he had to vomit after leaving The Meg.

We sat down to hash out our Top 5 Pixar Movies, but we ended up mostly arguing about weird Up-Die Hard analogies and why Inside Out should have changed the MPAA ratings system. There's some surprises here, though it's hard to take Aiden's list too seriously since he mentions they were random at one point. Anyway, it's a good talk about Pixar Movies.

This episode is packed with magic acorns, mis-remembered names, brownies, pigs ... and we also talk about Willow (released 30 years ago this spring). While Aiden wasn't the biggest fan of the movie, he enjoyed figuring out the parallels with Star Wars and Lord of the Rings, while also dreaming up a "Dragon's Lair" movie with a "Clue"-type ending.
