On this episode, Jessica goes "On the Hunt" with Javier Morales of Cryptid559 to discuss his team’s cryptid encounters and recent reports they’ve taken of Dogman, gargoyles and other creatures of the night in several areas of high strangeness near Fresno, California.

Cryptid559 is a group who is intrigued by Cryptozoology. They share their experiences of Cryptid and UFO encounters and explore and investigate the Central San Joaquin Valley searching for Cryptid and UFO evidence. They are located in the Central San Joaquin Valley of CA, 30 minutes east of Fresno, and are near Yosemite National Park, Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon National Park.

On a dark and stormy night in 1958, Mrs. Delbert Gregg of Greggton, Texas, moved her bed close to a screen window hoping to catch a cool breeze from a thunderstorm brewing in the distance. Shortly after falling asleep, she awoke to a scratching sound on her window. In a flash of lightning, she saw a huge, shaggy, wolf-like creature clawing at the screen and staring at her with glowing, slitted eyes and pearly white fangs.

The creature fled from the yard into the bushes as she leaped from her bed to grab a flashlight. Mrs. Gregg said, "I watched for the animal to come out of the bushes, but after a short time, instead of a great shaggy wolf running out, the figure of an extremely tall man suddenly parted the thick foliage and walked hurriedly down the road, disappearing into the darkness." 

What exactly happened that night? Ms. Gregg was interviewed about this incident by Fate magazine in 1960, and this encounter was tasked to Jessica as a coordinate remote viewing target, and she discusses the data here with Nick Sylvester.

Before vampires were rumored to be in Louisiana, they were known to be in the Appalachian Mountains. Farmers sometimes found their livestock dead with human bite marks and their blood drained from them. They also found caskets coming out of the ground in graveyards and the bodies were not decomposed. Concerned that they were dealing with vampires, some communities began installing cast iron metal cages over graves to keep any possible vampires in the ground.

On this episode, Jessica explores Werewolf Hollow in Shelbyville, Indiana, a location that has been designated as a werewolf hotspot. Not only do werewolf reports go back decades, ghostly figures try to stop anyone from entering the hollow, reportedly leaving scratches on vehicles. With an old electric bridge and abandoned houses nearby, this area has all the right ingredients for high strangeness.

Jessica also gives an update on the unknown creature attack on a mother in a rural area near Blanco, Oklahoma, at the end of March. The DNA tests are back and the Sheriff made an official statement on the culprit.

LBL researcher Anna Caywood Jones joins to discuss her cryptid encounters and experiences at the Land Between the Lakes, and they all recount a series of events that happened to their group at a recent LBL outing.

Cryptid researcher and investigator, Barton M. Nunnelly is a self-taught writer and artist. He was born and raised in Henderson, Kentucky where he has spent decades searching the bottomlands of the Bluegrass State for evidence of its diverse natural mysteries. His wanderings have brought him face to face with such creatures as Bigfoot, water monsters, black panthers, out-of-place wolves and other mysterious cryptids including a Thunderbird in 1998 - something no other living researcher can presently claim.

Barton is the author of Mysterious Kentucky (2007), Mysterious Kentucky Vol.2, the Dark and Bloody Ground (2017), Bigfoot in Kentucky (2011) and The Inhumanoids: Real Encounters with Beings That Can't Exist (2009), he has appeared in documentary films and on several cable television networks, including the History Channel, the Travel Channel and the BBC. He spends his time writing books, feature films and walking the ancient creek beds in and around Henderson, Kentucky with his wife, Latisha.

Strange and frightening events have followed Anna Jones throughout her life. In 2022, she spent two terrifying nights camping in the woods of the LBL. Ohio Dogmen and Bigfoot reports have skyrocketed lately, striking terror and intrigue into locals and cryptid investigators alike. However, these creatures aren’t new to the area. On this episode, Jessica goes “On the Hunt” with Oklahoma native, Gary Spikes, Sr., to discuss his most recent encounters with Dogman and Bigfoot in Oklahoma and at the Land Between the Lakes in Kentucky, where Gary spotted a large dark humanoid creature in the wood line, sent to watch over him by his family of Bigfoot in Oklahoma.

Gary had one of his first Bigfoot encounters in 1977 while he and his kids were camping, an intense encounter which he believes happened because he encroached on Bigfoot’s territory. His sightings and encounters continue to the present day and hit much closer to home. In fact, he has had several daylight and nighttime sightings of Bigfoot and Dogman on his property in Oklahoma.

From discovering them watching his grandchildren and slapping on the side of his home at night, to experiencing mind-speak to having them pray with him during an emergency, Gary believes he has been protected by them throughout his entire life. Palmyra, Maine, is a cryptid hotspot where the Martin family, Shelly, Eric and their daughter, were stalked and held hostage on their rural property by a pack of massive, dog-like predators, which many believe was a pack of Dogmen. Known as the Palmyra Wolf Pack, these upright walking wolf-like creatures were said to be about 7 feet tall, when measured against the barn door; they had short muzzles; short tails, which were estimated to be no longer than 8 inches; a long declaw-like protrusion, seen in prints left behind; and while 4 of the creatures had black fur or hair the 5th was brown.'
