M.K. Davis developed an interest in the famous Patterson Bigfoot film, through his hobby of astrophotography. Taking space photos lent itself well to the restoration and enhancement of the Bigfoot film. The skillset developed in astro-photography worked outstandingly on the film and resulted in the clearest and most stable versions of this film available. This has led M.K. into a deep dive into the subject of Bigfoot and cryptids in general. Many trips to the Patterson film site as well as a host of other films, videos, and places of encounters have served to help M.K. build a meaningful body of knowledge about such subjects and has served him well in his journeys. He has been researching the Patterson film for the last 20 years.

He has traveled extensively and has amassed one of the largest collection of images from the film. While the Patterson film is only a very short piece of film, it continues to yield vital data that may one day lead to a more complete understanding what it is that is on the film and what it means to all of us.

 M.K. has worked on a host of other iconic films and video such as the Abraham Zapruder film of the Kennedy assassination, as well as work on the Orville Nix film of the same event by the Nix family's request. His other studies include astrophotography, paleontology, anthropology, along with myths, legends, and lore of the American West.

The Patterson-Gimlin Film is the most iconic modern-day film evidence of Bigfoot in the United States. The footage was shot in October of 1967 in northern Washington by filmmakers Roger Patterson and Bob Gimlin, who maintained over the years that the creature they caught on video was real and authentic. According to Patterson and Gimlin, they were the only witnesses to their brief encounter with what they claimed was a Sasquatch. Some say that the men were able to capture the film footage because they accompanied hunters, hired by a logging company in the area.

But, recently, claims from a currently unreleased documentary have been made that the entire video was a staged hoax and was a person wearing a costume, causing a rift in the cryptid community. Jessica remote viewed the event and revealed her data with Barry Littleton in 2023. On this episode, she and Long Island Bigfoot Mike discuss this film, the controversy and the remote viewing data on the most iconic Bigfoot video in cryptid history.

On this episode of “A Glitch in the Matrix” Jessica explores reports of what locals in rural northeast Georgia call the Forest Helpers, a tribe of 3.5’-tall hairy humanoids who are reported to help the elderly with chores around their homes in exchange for food and drinks. In Bigfoot field research, Bigfoot, orbs, and UFOs are often seen together, or at least, within the same vicinity and time frame of the sightings. As Jessica’s team likes to say, all roads lead back to ET, right? In a recent documentary by David Paulides, American Sasquatch: Man, Myth or Monster, a Bigfoot encounter north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is discussed where a Bigfoot was seen holding a glowing orb. Shortly after the sighting, a flying object hovered over the area, sending down a beam of light in which the Bigfoot disappeared into, according to witnesses.

Saint Christopher, one of Christianity’s most revered saints, is depicted in the Eastern Orthodox tradition with a canine head. He is often portrayed as a giant man with a dog's head, a representation that stems from ancient legends about his origins. He is known as the patron saint of travelers, famously carrying the Christ child across a river, which symbolizes his role as a bearer of Christ. Saint Christopher was depicted with a dog's head for many centuries, until the Orthodox Church abandoned the tradition in the 18th century.

Is the depiction of St. Christopher having a dog’s head a metaphor being taken literally or was he an actual dog-headed man? His original name was Reprobus and he was a 7.5’-tall Canaanite, a member of the tribe of the Marmaritae who were a land of cannibals and dog-headed peoples. With the documented history of civilizations of dog-headed people on ancient maps and in literature, the chances are that he was likely not human.
