1 in 5 adults will experience a mental health problem. There is a mental health crisis in entrepreneurship. A recent study by a University of San Francisco researcher Michael A. Freeman found that approximately one half (49%) of entrepreneurs suffer from at least one form of mental health condition during their lifetimes. These include ADHD, bipolar disorder and a host of addictive disorders. Michael Cox is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Level II Restoration Therapist and a Master Trainer for Mental Health First Aid with over 20 years of experience working with adolescents and their families, individuals and couples. He works with individuals and families to help them recognize their identity and safety patterns, while empowering client emotional regulation and mindfulness for behavioral change. Matthew and Michael have a great conversation on how we can recognize our and other's mental health and we can make the right move or find help for our benefit.
