Vishal Vyas has been in the property industry since 16 years old, since then he has built a high returning property portfolio, has featured in four NRLA UK landlord magazines with a 5th about to be released, he has built a service accommodation business and management team, he has coached other investors and start up business owners with two of them going from 0 to 100k+ in 12 months.

Neil Bhuiyan started out as a sales rep 10 years ago, he soon became a sales development manager running multiple teams before soon moving on to training other sales reps on how to use new sales technology. Neil found his passion for helping people and decided to leave his job and follow his dreams by starting 'Happy Selling.' Now as a sales consultant Neils main mission is to turn sales reps into happy sellers.
