Todays guest is Ant Nyman. Ant Nyman is known for his exercise class called Antics. Antics on average has 150/200 people attend every session. The classes are designed for all abilities and everyone is welcome to attend no matter what your fitness level is. Brian Saah made his debut for Leyton Orient at 16 years old as a central midfielder before converting to a central defender. Over the years Brian Saah went to play for Cambridge Utd, Torquay Utd, Dagenham & Redbridge and Woking.

He is now a football coach at Leyton Orient taking up the challenge of lead coach for the youth team ahead of the new season. Brian and I talk the importance of culture at a football club, creating the right environment, 5 culture models, fans just want to see you care and more.

Joe Hickey has been a content creator for the last 15+ years utilising both videography and photography. Over the years his career has allowed him to shoot in such places like Amsterdam, Barcelona, Mumbai, Singapore & South Africa.

Joes main focus now is to help business owners, brand builders and entrepreneurs increase their social presence using a variety of longform, macro, micro and nano content, helping them to not only communicate effectively and professionally but consistently and effectively too.

Chantal Karyta is a dog trainer and founder of CK9 Training which she has been running for the last 11 years based in Surrey. She is also an agility competitor for both the United Kingdom and South Africa. Chantal has currently been running her business remotely from South Africa.  Chantals dog training philosophy revolves around reward based training techniques to help improve your dogs behaviour and wellbeing.

Junior is a Personal Trainer, Fitness Influencer and Motivator. He is well known for performing crazy workout videos and gym challenges that have gone viral via his Instagram account. Junior has built up a very passionate, motivating and supporting community online where he loves to see and hear from the people he has inspired. Junior at one point was smashing out 70 Personal Training sessions a week with a waiting list of future clients wanting to work with him.

Su Patel is an HR Mentor & Coach with nearly 30 years experience in the field. Before 2016 Su was a regional change program manager at Tesco, she is also an Author, releasing the book 'Putting the Human back into HR, shes is an event speaker, speaking at various HR events and Su is also an amazing human and mother to her daughter.

Su Patels mission is to help as many HR professionals as possible to be more human in the work place.

Glen John Jones is the co founder of boutique fitness studio 234 located in Sutton Surrey, he is a self published author releasing Think and Grow Vegan which is a book about adapting a plant based diet with confidence in 5 stages. He is also a personal trainer competing in both half iron man and an ultra Marathon.
