Let's find the cure for anxiety and depression by meditating on Matthew 6 from the sermon on the mount. We worry about our basic human needs, what we wil wear, eat, drink, and how we can live. God knows we need these things but He commands us to:
 "Seek first His Kingdom and His Righteousness and all these things will be added to you. Do not worry about tomorrow for tomorrow will have enough trouble of its own."
