She holds a Bachelors in Kinesiology, a Masters in Human Kinetics and a Ph.D in Sorts Physiology. She has accumulated over 20 diverse certifications in the health and fitness industry. As well as being an exceptional wellness coach, Julie is an adventurer at heart. She's traversed six continents, with only Antarctica left to explore.
