On today’s show, we are honored to sit down and chat with the incredible Jameson Emling.

Jameson is an accomplished sales leader and entrepreneur, with experience in a multitude of verticals in his tenured professional career.  

His early experience as a Strategic Business Developer for a biotech startup, MedTech Detect, built an understanding of both capital fundraising as well as the compliances nuances of obtaining patents around the globe.  

Over the course of five years, enough seed money was raised to employ a team of ten employees and hold two offices, while obtaining two patents in 84 countries.  

Ultimately the tech and IP were sold for use in early detection of diabetes in adolescents. 

After the dissolution of MedTech, Jameson went on to start Chicago Dipped, a boutique automotive shop spearheading the growth of liquid automotive wraps in the greater Chicagoland area.  

After dissolving his blue-collar business, he launched Pillar Payments – a multi-faceted merchant services company that plays in every vertical, from coffee shops to cannabis dispensaries, boutique retailers for Fortune 500 companies.  

Pillar has reached over $3.5 Bn in annual processing.  

These businesses have all been built alongside Jameson’s Marine Corps career, spanning 15 years now, where he manages 400+ Marine reservists across the country as a Battalion First Sergeant at Combat Logistics Battalion 453.

In this show, Jameson and Chris take a deep dive into the importance of creating relationships, how to create strong, long-lasting relationships, and how doing so turned his business into a multi-billion dollar empire in less than ten years.
