Tonight on HERE COMES THE BACKKLASH: Poolhouse concludes his explosive D4vD Question series with the final installment of his examination of the legal and media narrative surrounding the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez.

Moving beyond the narrow question of the individual guilt and complicity of David Anthony Burke, aka D4vD, Poolhouse examines the larger industrial and cultural machinery that enabled the tragedy in the first place — arguing that discussing the D4vD case in isolation from the music industry is fundamentally absurd.

Keep in mind that when the case began, we only heard about Josh Marshall being the manager of D4vd. Marshall claimed to “work remotely” and be unconnected from the case.

It wasn’t until Morgenroth appeared in court that his name appeared in reporting. Although I should note that the D4vd sleuths over at reddit had been floating his name from the jump.

The Music Industry Individuals Reportedly Connected to David Anthony Burke aka D4vD. Surely, they must have witnessed…something?

Joshua Marshall - the one you are supposed to think is David’s day-to day manager, he is the found of Mogul Vision, the talent company that represents D4vD. The lease was in his name at the Doheny Place residence (where the Tesla was parked and murder is allged to have happened and where Celeste is alleged to have lived by prosecutors in the summer of 2024) where David was staying. I allege that his “statements” (replies on Tik Tok in September 2025) were part of a pattern of PR / SEO activity, in order to surface Marshall as “David’s manager” as a scapegoat and deflect attention from the other two parties.

Robert Morgenroth - the actual day to day manager. May or may not have lived at the Doheny Pl residence. Testified before the grand jury in December 2025. Barely surfaced in media reports outside a few isolated incidents. Was photographed backstage in the vicinity of Celeste at the Fonda (June 2024) and presumably would have been involved in her transport when she trabeled with David on tour in summer of 2024 (per prosecutors). Alleged to be in a romantic or domestic relationship with…

Speculated to be the “missing witness” who was refusing to cooperate with Beth Silverman’s grand jury in December 2025. Rumored to be in some type of relationship with Robert Morgenroth, as well as possibly housing or sharing a house with 14yo victim Celeste Rivas in the summer prior to her death.
