It seems that no matter where you go you find people talking politics. Even on this podcast we find ourselves referencing them during our conversations. Today we have decided to get it all out. We believe as parents it is our job to raise our children the best we know how, and when questions arise try and tell them our point of view without putting others down. We cover how we approach the topic of the President and others in office. Wether you like Trump, Biden, or even some else running we all need to be able to talk to one another. The only way we can strive as a country is to converse about these hard topics. Corey and i don't hold back in this open conversation about our political views and how they play a role in our families. We hope you enjoy the episode and don't forget to refer a friend and leave your rating and review. Schooling. We have all gone through some form of it, public, private, homeschool, etc. But with all the new challenges of 2020 schooling has taken a new route for most parents with children at home. Its called "Distance Learning" and it is definitely a new challenge to overcome. Our Children are now expected to sit on a computer for their entire learning experience for hours at a time. You may like it or you may hate it, but today Corey and I discuss the new school guidelines. Beyond that we also talk about public schooling and how we feel its a failing system. There are many things we all remember about school, but being parents we are much more critical now than before. Follow along as we discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly of our public school system, and some of the decisions we will be making when it comes to our families. We hope you enjoy the episode and don't forget to refer a friend and leave your rating and review. Thank you all so much for making our return episode a big success. it very quickly became one of the most downloaded episodes to date. For our newest episode we don't let off the gas one bit. Today we are covering what we think is one of the most important topics as fathers, and parents. Protecting our children from sexual predators. As some may know bill SB145 just passed in California and has brought a lot of discussion with it. Corey and I try to make our way through the bill and uncover what we feel and take away from this new Bill. There is a lot of touchy subjects today so please watch young ears that may be listening and it is our hope that we may help someone out there struggling with this topic. This is no light conversation and we do our best to cover what we feel is the hardest part of parenting, how to protect our children. We hope you enjoy the episode and don't forget to refer a friend and leave your rating and review. It has been quite a while since the podcasts last episode. As everyone around the world has been dealing with the fallout of the pandemic, i have been doing some restructuring and made a major change to the podcast! You won't want to miss what major announcement is made regarding the podcast and the future and direction we are heading. In todays episode after making an announcement we talk about parenting and the sacrifices that are made in the process. There is no book on how to do this and very family will be different but as Husbands, Fathers, Protectors, Providers we can all agree that our family is number 1. There are many ways we will have to sacrifice for our family and our children, but that shouldn't mean we sacrifice who we are as men. We cover quite a few ways we get around this and what we do on a daily basis to make sure we are taking of not only our family, but ourselves. I hope you enjoy the episode and don't forget to refer a friend and leave your rating and review. That is the best support we can get to help this podcast grow and reach more people that may need to hear it. All i can say today is that the World is in a crazy place right now. I feel the level of panic is far beyond what it should be and that people are starting to take things too far. Im taking everything very serious with the virus, but I'm also trying to keep calm and level about it. Theres NO need to panic and NEVER a reason to stop being a decent human. I cover some of my observations, recommendations, and frustrations with what is happening in the world. Please take some time to listen and let me know what yo guys think, weather you agree or not i would love to hear from you and how it is in your town. Don't forget about all you have in life and use it to propel you towards your own goals and dreams. I hope you enjoy the episode and don't forget to refer a friend and leave your rating and review. Life was very busy at the time of my last episode and has not slowed down. If you have stayed up on the episodes you will know that i had bad to back trips and a flu come through my house and more. This week i cover more of what has been going on and also my life as a single dad. Don't worry Hannah and I are fine but she got severely sick and was laid out in bed for a few days. So during that time i had to step up and take on a little more during the time she was sick. I am so thankful for hannah and this time has brought on a whole new appreciation for what she does for our family. I hope you guys enjoy todays episode and hopefully get a little something out of it. Don't forget about all you have in life and use it to propel you towards your own goals and dreams. First I want to say thank you for being patient with me these last few weeks. Life and traveling have gotten the best f me and an episode i had recorded has been sitting and waiting to be uploaded. Im back at and back on schedule. This episode was recorded just after i took my first business trip with any family with me. I have traveled plenty since Ryder was born but this was the first time that i was without Ryder or Hannah on the trip with me. I was a great business opportunity for me that i didn't want to miss and Hannah stepped up and took on Ryder for a week without me home. Ill share some of my feelings and emotions in this episode. Also i will link Hannahs YouTube video that documents the week i was gone as well. They didn't waste any time having fun while i was out.
