Hypocrisy; double standards. We’ve all been subject to acting out things we don’t preach. We as parents tend to dictate rather than lead by example. However, our own hypocrisy can be the root to why our littles tend to act in the manners they do. Tonight, join us as we delve into the topic of talking the talk but also walking the walk; what we do to try to correct it and what lines we are willing to move to set the example for our children.

Be it a boomer or be it a Gen Alpha, we all have almost heard the term “Okay, Boomer” used to dismiss or mock an elder typically in response to some unwanted advice or comment that wasn’t needed. For instance, if an elder says “Millennials expect life to be so easy for them”, it would be most likely met with an “okay, boomer” remark. Tonight, we’re going to delve into the generational differences and what may be the catalyst for those differences, as well as our own experiences and run-ins with “okay, boomers”.
