In the midst of an argument, Jesus knew the thoughts of the disciples. Jesus began to teach a critical lesson for every believer to learn.

The disciples were met with a problem they could not resolve themselves. With Jesus returning, they were challenged to not forget three key ingredients to a faith-filled walk with the Lord. Will we choose to recognize our great need as believers?

With Peter, James, and John, Jesus goes to the top of the mountain to reveal a special message. It was not just a moment to celebrate, but it was a moment to show us the plan that the Lord has for us today.

If we are going to follow Jesus, we must listen to what Jesus taught His disciples on the topic of discipleship. While some want comfort, Jesus was calling His follows to carry a cross. Will we choose to pay the cost as we live for eternity's sake?

Jesus asked a few questions, and one of the questions led to Peter's  confession. While Jesus started impersonal, Jesus got to His point leading to a clear question that need to be answered, and we must answer that same question today.

Once the disciples returned, the disciples were tired, yet Christ chose to sit the crowd down for a meal from an unexpected source. May we realized that Christ can make much out of what we feel is unusable. 

After watching Jesus' ministry, the disciples were given a mission. Their mission was a example for us today as we seek to live for Christ in our day.

Jesus was surrounded by people, and it is in this moment, Jesus was able to help two people while teaching the disciples a lesson that would be helpful later.

Jesus and His disciples meet a man overcome with demonic possession. This divine appointment led Jesus to display His power while teaching us to be sharers of the wonderful works of God.

While traveling, the disciples encountered a storm that led them to learn from the Savior. There is no doubt we can learn the same lesson as we rest our head through the trials of life.
