Immediately after appointing the 12, Jesus establishes some expectations for His leaders that are quite unlike what we may read in a modern Leadership Profile.

Jesus has now moved to a place in His ministry where He knows He needs to establish other leaders if His ministry will result in a movement. How does He select?

Jesus' unfolded His strategy in 5 distinct, yet overlapping phases.  He spent about 15 months in this phase of developing leaders who will multiply His movement ultimately around the world. Today's broadcast paints the background for what will happen next.

Jesus had such a relationship with sinful people that people began calling Him a friend of sinners.  Do we love people so much that people would also call us a friend of sinners?

Along the way, I have noted that, sometimes, the Lord still does miraculous works to draw people to Himself, like He did with the leper or the man on the mat. Today, we will look at a contemporary story where He worked in a similar way. Be inspired by His works. Ask Him to use you to reach someone today.

After healing the undesirable, news about Jesus spread and people came from all over to hear him, especially the religious leaders.  The news was creating a movement.  How can we be part of creating a movement today?  How can we bring to Jesus?

Jesus ministered to business people, common people, religious people, irreligious people, marketplace people, and today, we see Him model ministry among the undesirables. 

Jesus had demonstrated evangelism in the synagogue.  He had demonstrated home-based evangelism.  Today, he demonstrates open- air evangelism in the Market.  What lessons does He have in store?

If we want to stay clear on the mission and know the Father's will, a life of ongoing prayer is critical.

Last week we considered Jesus' outreach in a religious setting, now we turn our attention to the model of home outreach., which could even include hospitals in our day.
