Flooding and inclement weather expected across 5 provinces: A nationwide weather warning is in effect as severe conditions move in.  Cold, wet and windy weather is expected across several parts of the country today, with risks of heavy rain, flooding, damaging winds, severe thunderstorms and rough coastal seas.
