NEHAWU President, Mzwandile Makwayiba, has blamed President Cyril Ramaphosa for the non-implementation of the 2018 wage agreement signed with public sector unions. Government through the Ministry of Finance has since announced a wage freeze for South Africa's one-point-two million public servants. Makwayiba was addressing NEHAWU's North West 12th Provincial Congress in Klerksdorp.
