Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula has issued a stern warning to South African motorists who drink and drive - saying amendments to the law will bite them hard. The minister has called for a review of alcohol laws in light of crashes and arrests involving drunk drivers since South Africa entered level two of the lockdown.
