For many of us that are a part of this community we know very well the information and concerns that they are citing are unfounded and or old unsubstantiated information.

My question is how far should we take regulations, we already have in place many guidelines and a framework that has protected users for years, how much more is needed and should we be listening to law makers who don't have a clue about this plant and use old info to cite dangers.

The need for better cannabis tax reform is crucial to stopping this issue from getting out of hand, the reason the black market exists is simply because the taxation on cannabis is too high.
