  • 127. The Seed

    Send us Fan Mail

Just like a seed, we all start from a place of potential. But for that seed to grow, it must first be planted in the dirt—embracing the discomfort and challenges that act as the foundation for its strength. It needs adversity, just as we do, to push past obstacles and find stability. The roots, like our core values, must take hold deep in the soil, remaining uncompromised as we navigate life's changes. Each seed requires the right balance of sunlight and water—varying amounts at different stages—to thrive. In the same way, we need to continuously assess what nourishes us, reflecting and adjusting to what we need at every stage of growth. This episode explores how we can cultivate our best selves by embracing adversity, maintaining our roots, and understanding our unique needs as we grow.
