  • Grow Your Business Without Sacrificing Whats Important to You
In this episode, Saurel will be discussing how to grow your business without sacrificing what is important to you. Many times, living your life where what is important to you is your priority becomes a function of how much you have shared with others what matters to you. Absent of sharing with society what is important to you, they will demand your time and attention in a different direction.  Maybe life-work balance is a function of how clear you are on those things that are your priority and not a function of what you do. We hope you enjoy this episode.

  • Is It Possible That a Diabetic Can Eat MORE Carbs Yet Require LESS Insulin

"Do not have to be a victim of your genes. Instead, you can be the master of your future" How many people have a chronic illness and when they go to the doctor they are asked, do you have a family history of X?

We get asked these questions and you can't change your family history. All it does is affects your mentality and it changes you from thinking of yourself as having the control to yourself being a victim because you can't change your family history. But, the more important reason why I don't like it is that it's not nearly as important as your lifestyle. Your lifestyle has probably a 90% influence on your health outcome maybe 5 to 10% on your genes.
