At the beginning of our business, comparing ourselves to others is second nature. Except we’re comparing our day one to someone else’s day 1,000.

And deep down, when we use comparison as a crutch to keep us from getting something accomplished, it’s usually based in the big F— fear. And getting beyond the messy start and all the comparison…that’s where the magic is.

I hear it all the time, “Ashli, I don’t have time to have a morning routine…I don’t have time to finish XYZ…I don’t have time for…” and I call BS.
