I believe in Christ, so come what may! As we remember the power of the atonement and keep an eternal perspective, we will be more equipped to endure the challenges in our lives.

Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints perform sacred ordinances in temples. We return to the temple after completing these ordinances for ourselves to perform them for ancestors who didn’t have the opportunity to.

The Lord sometimes turns our expectations on their heads. But we can face change with a grateful heart when we understand that changes and unexpected curve-balls are meant to help us.

The Lord knows us. He has a plan for us. And He will always help us to turn the bitter into sweet.

We sometimes get stuck on the fact that we aren’t seeing the results we want yet. We live in a fast-paced world, where we expect solutions now. But it’s okay to not feel joy yet. It doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with the gospel or with us.

The priesthood has been exercised by prophets and apostles of God since the beginning of the world, and it’s the power by which the world was created.

God still speaks to men. The heavens are not silent, and revelation has not ended.

Because Joseph sought “learning even by study, and also by faith” and prepared himself, he was able to receive personal revelation. As we do the same, as we seek with earnest hearts and pure intent, we can receive witnesses of truth.

Mother’s Day is a day to celebrate all women. This Mother’s Day, let’s honor our own divine natures, and those of the women around us, regardless of who has the opportunity to raise children here on earth.

When we focus on things that matter most and seek earnestly to follow the counsel of prophets and apostles, we will draw nearer to the Lord. As Paul explained, “we should serve [the law] in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.”
