The LORD responds by turning Miriam leprous white. To work reconciliation, she is excluded for a time from the community.

Spirit Sharing Solution (Numbers 11:24–35). The LORD’s solution to the heavy burden Moses carries is to share the Spirit with other leaders. Joshua complains about two guys who didn’t show up for the meeting but had the Spirit. If only everyone had the Spirit!

Suicidal Heavy Burden (Numbers 11:1–23). The craving rabble complain about eating fish at no cost except slavery. Moses complains about his perceived lack of help from the LORD and rather the LORD just kill him. Moses is worried about failing. God asks, “Is the LORD’s arm too short?”

Unreservedly Tabernacle Serving (Numbers 3:1–13). Not friends or politics, God choses his servants. While the priests are set aside as spiritual guides, the Levites are set aside as supportive partners. The Levites surrender themselves to the LORD to be a firstborn substitute for the rest of the congregation.

Advantage Of Youthful Faith (Ecclesiastes11:9–12:14). Before you become jaded by this world, let the joy of God cheer you. Revere God to find the abundant riches God gives to you. Avoid the meaningless void of death by heeding the teaching given by the Spirit.

God’s Comforting Grasp (Ecclesiastes 7:1–14). The Fool says there is no God. Revering the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Lift your hearts and faith to God. Going through difficulties, bearing the cross, trains us to have faith trusting God has us in His grip. (see Psalm 53:1, Ps 14:1, 74:22)
