Spirit Freedom Walk (Galatians 5:16–24). If you want to live in freedom, then walk in the Spirit. If you live under your natural reason and abilities, you are under the bondage of the Law. If you desire what the Spirit of God desires, then you will see the fruits of the Spirit.

Mystified At Unsatisfied (Galatians 4:12–20). The apostle begs us to become like him, to have Christ formed in us. Whereas his listeners once affirmed he was God’s messenger, now they are irked by him being God’s messenger. Do our pastors become our enemies for preaching the Truth?

Born Under Bad Law (Galatians 3:23–4:11). Before faith came to us, we were in bondage under the Law. God sent his Son born under the Law so we could be redeemed from the Law and adopted as His children. If you are baptized, you are an heir of the promise.

Previously Established Promise (Galatians 3:15–22). God preached the promise giving blessing through his grace. The blessing cannot come through the Law and you being a good person. Rather the Law consigns everything under sin’s control so grace comes only through faith in Christ alone.

Foolish Bewitched Effort (Galatians 3:1–14). If your eternal goal is based on being a good person you are under the curse of the Law. The curse is you must be perfect all the time. The blessing of the Holy Spirit doesn’t come through your efforts but is bestowed by faith.

Forcing Circumcision Hypocrisy (Galatians 2:11–21). Paul calls folks out for their religious hypocrisy. While they cannot live by legalism, they force others to bear that burden. Any theology that is Jesus plus some other requirement is not the Gospel, but simply another form of the Law.

Secret Law Bringer Spies (Galatians 1:18-2:10). Paul talks about secret spies who resented the freedom in Christ he proclaims. Only in Christ and his redemption can you be free to be a human being. Otherwise you are political being constantly defending your choices.

Cursed People Pleasing (Galatians 1:1–17). Preaching focused on pleasing people confuses and perverts the message and is no gospel at all. The Gospel revealed by Christ doesn’t get human permission. The apostles and disciples called by God are servants of Christ, not people pleasers.
