Today the competency of creativity is highlighted. Design Thinking is the proper "buzzword" in academia and entrepreneurial circles, but in the end it's the same thing. Creativity is best achieved when we don't just think outside of the box, but we get lost without a box altogether. So "get lost", and find CREATIVITY.

It took Nat King Cole four very different approaches to recording the Christmas song, over a 15 year span, for him to feel he had nailed it just right. The 1961 version, backed up richly by Nelson Riddle's orchestra is the definitive classic, and number 3 on Billboard's Holiday 100 list.
