But I’ve learned that writing retreats can be a great way to serve your audience by bringing people together in a format that helps them make huge leaps quickly.

My guest today is here to help us unlock the power of writing retreats. Using her background in business, entrepreneurship, and writing, Lisa Shaughnessy is on a mission to help writers find writing retreats that give them the support they need to tell their stories and to feel inspired.

As you’re well aware, there are basically two sides to being a writer. There’s the creative side, which allows us to tell stories and communicate in a way that connects. Then there is the business side, which enables us to create sustainable income in many different ways.
