It's just you and me this week. I've sat down to chat about my dance journey so far, lessons that I've learnt, and what my long-term goals are with my career and this podcast. I couldn't thank my tutors enough for embedding a wealth of knowledge in me and my classmates. I have so much admiration for everyone who has taught or danced alongside me throughout this journey - from The Dance Institute, Inzpire, IDA Hollywood, Te Auaha, En Beat, Society Ent, etc.
Thank you for supporting The Dance Reel 💛

Do you want to know how to stand out on camera? This week we had the pleasure of sitting with Letxia Cordova, a Dancer and Dance Cinematographer based in Los Angeles. She gave us insight into how she chooses and works with dancers on her projects, how dancers can best stand out on camera, and what you can do to make a cinematographer's job easier. We also dive deeper into Letxia's processes and how dance choreography translates over to her film techniques.

This episode features my friend Joe Taylor who grew up in Thailand learning from Youtube videos. After completing his Music Degree in New Zealand, he took a leap of faith and entered into a full-time dance diploma with no traditional training. Two years later he was on the books with Princess Cruises and Disneyland Paris!
