Chris is the founder of Under The Bucket hockey mental coaching.  Chris's career ended with multiple concussions that landed him in a pretty dark place for a few years.  He has found his new passion in coaching hockey and helping people better their mental health.  Hear both Lance and Chris stress the importance of talking about their symptoms, feelings and basic overall wellbeing.
