Two unbeaten sides are getting set to go head-to-head at the top of the table. Are Liverpool the current Premier League crisis club? Ninth in the table, 11 points off the top and having to fight their way back from a two-goal deficit against Brighton before settling for a point. For a side who have been challenging at the top of the table in recent season, and who were our supercomputer's pre-season favourites for the title, it certainly has come as a shock to Jurgen Klopp's side.
Duncan Alexander, Matt Furniss and Graham Bell look deeper at the Reds credentials as the Premier League crisis club as well as a much better weekend for Arsenal, who underlined their own title hopes with victory over Spurs in the north London derby, and Manchester City, who thanks to a pair of hat-tricks secured those all important bragging rights (as well as second place in the table.)
