What the artists formerly known as Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah can teach us about hysteria resolution when life gets scary.  

In the midst of hysteria and darkness, Habakkuk had a theology that was not intimidated by the "What If's" of an anxious world.  And now, we are the ones who are to have a theology that dances even when our world breaks down.

The community of faith has always had a fascination with the end of the world and anxiously attempting to piece together all the signs and clues in paranoia as to when that will be.  And yet when questioned about it, Jesus answers the curiosities of His followers by cautioning them not to be deceived.

Three hopeful apprentices of Jesus receive the invitation to follow Him.  There's just one problem.  

Jesus had a responsibility to a cross when He came to earth.  In Luke's gospel, He makes it known to His apprentices that so do they.   

"A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone when he is fully trained will be like his teacher."  - Jesus

life is a symphony.  don't forget to pause...........   

"I'm listening."

At the end of Matthew 7, we're told Jesus finished speaking the sermon on the mount.  But He wasn't through teaching it.  He becomes the sermon on the Mount - He embodies the kingdom of heaven on earth.  And now, it's our turn.
