The David Lee Martin Show - Holy Ghost Encouragement For Christian Creatives

What is the one factor that runs throughout every and any opportunity to face? The golden thread that ties the whole thing together?

It’s actually simpler than you think.

YOU are the common factor in the enterprise equation.

In what ways do you seek to fill your emotional bucket?

Life happens. Sometimes it happens brutally fast. Others it creeps up on you and you lose sight of the ball. Either way, the reset button needs to be pressed.

Equilibrium in all things comes from centering your efforts on the one thing that matters. That one thing is relationship with Jesus Christ.

It is easy to lose sight of the treasure that you carry. My prayer today is that you will rediscover yourself and find ways to share your beauty with the world.

“…the hand of the diligent maketh rich.” (Proverbs 10:4 KJV)

The word diligent in the original Hebrew essentially speaks of sharpness. It means to bestir oneself, decide and decree, determine, and to move.

I define diligence as “consistent application of what you know in one direction over time.”

To coin some phrases.

Slow and steady wins the race.

Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast...

I sell stuff. Books, time, expertise, online courses. But there's one thing I will never sell...

“I help creative Christians share their message online through a framework based on 5 core principles; faith, inspiration, education, application, and celebration. Taken together and put into practical daily action these principles remove roadblocks and transform ideas into real products, platforms, and publications that can change the world!”

Eyes.

Ears.

Words and sayings.

Heart and health.

Life to those that find them.

Life to those that find them.

Life to those that find them…

The greatest giants in the creative life? Not the trolls on social media. Not the critics who love to lay a one-star. Not the complainers who want to swipe you down to size.

Nope. The most stubborn giants are the ones you carry in your own backpack.

As a Christian creative, and author, artist, entrepreneur, LIFE is bubbling and bursting within you, seeking expression and looking for an exit. An exit from obscurity. A way out of staying safe and silent.

The world is looking for a “convincing demonstration” that dreams can be realized. They want some proof and evidence that it's ok to step outside the tomb.
