We are back with a bang for Season 2. Liezl Laidlaw (Rewire Therapy) is a CBT qualified ADHD Therapist and accredited Mindfulness Tutor. We discuss the ADHD specific mindfulness online interactive class she runs. We talk about her story of deciding to leave the ratrace to do what best for her and her family. That lead to a more fulfilling life. We go on a million tangents and have a laugh. This really is one of the most insightful podcasts I have done. At various points it really made me reevaluate my perspectives.

Back in the new year, fully recharged.  I'm just back from my adventures in Vietnam. We go through city by city, taking about my love for the country and people, and how much I hate ants. I never stop, and being away for a month made me realise that it's important to relax. 

In this episode we talk with Caitlin (dj & promoter extraordinaire Rodent from Alien Disko & Candy Flip). We talk about what happens to your shoes when you fall asleep in on beach, putting on nights in Edinburgh and the community she has created, dancefloor miss-haps and a lot more. Really fun podcast, lots of laughing and some really good insights. 

Back after the summer break talking about how Hamish did his wizard live set and the bouncer that didn't want to let me in. Talk about the Anywhenfest: Equinox party. Also finally did the neurodiversity screener and we with both have the tisums. Surprise-surfrikkin-prise. Also how I broke down during my final challenge if the year but I needed it to drive me forward for next year.  Loved this episode x

As a keen home cook I often give Liam a call when I want to make something special. I found this super interesting. I also grew up with Liam. You will hear about how we met, wrestling in a park in 1999 and the juxtaposition growing of the two completely different areas where we are from.

Late night podcast very glad to have Roxy (Wonksie - Anything Goes club night) on. One of my closest friends. We talk about hippy 1st aid tents are not good for a burn on the foot, face paint lingering and you know the drill what ever comes up, lots of neurospicy chat in the second half.
