The two covers everything from operational procedures, heroic stories of volunteers, and straight-out miracles -- all of which culminated in the mobilization of more than 1,000 volunteers in mere hours The lives of more than 3,000 people were saved thanks to the quick response of those volunteers in the organized chaos of the organization's response, all while under live fire.
